Free 6-Week Nature Connection Course:
A gentle 6-week outdoor course to help you slow down, feel more grounded, and reconnect with nature, yourself, and others.
This course is open to any adult with an interest in nature—no previous experience needed, you don’t need to be outdoorsy to join—just come as you are.

About the course
Across six weekly sessions, you’ll be guided through simple nature-based practices that encourage reflection, awareness, and connection—with yourself, others, and the natural world.

Accessible sessions—you’re welcome to sit, rest, and participate in ways that feel right for you
No special equipment or prior experience required
Weekly 2-hour sessions over 6 weeks
Tea, coffee, and refreshments provided

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be “into nature” to join? Not at all. This course is for everyone—including those who haven’t spent much time in nature recently. You’re very welcome exactly as you are.
What if I feel anxious or unsure about joining a group? That’s completely understandable. Many people feel this way at first. We keep the group small and friendly, and you’re always free to take things at your own pace.
Do I need to talk or share personal things? No. There is always an invitation to share, but never any pressure. You can simply listen and take part in a way that feels comfortable for you.
What if I’m not very mobile or need to rest?That’s absolutely fine. The sessions are gentle and flexible—you’re welcome to sit, rest, and engage in ways that suit your body and energy levels.
What should I wear or bring?Just wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. You don’t need any special equipment—we’ll provide anything else you might need.
What happens if the weather is bad? We try to meet outide if we can, and also have a lovely warm indoor space to use when we need to shelter
Is this a therapy group? This is not a formal therapy group, but it is a supportive, wellbeing-focused space. The practices we explore can help with stress, mood, and overall wellbeing.
Can I come if I’m feeling stressed, low, or overwhelmed? Yes—many people join for this reason. The course is designed to be gentle and supportive, offering simple ways to feel more grounded and at ease.
Do I have to attend every session? We encourage attending all sessions to get the most from the course, but we understand that sometimes things come up.
