Tai Chi Shibashi

Gentle movement for body and mind

Tai Chi Shibashi is a gentle sequence of flowing movements that combines the principles of Tai Chi and Qigong. Bringing together mindful movement, relaxed breathing and focused awareness, it offers a simple and enjoyable way to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, Tai Chi Shibashi is easy to learn and no previous experience is needed. Everyone is welcome to move at their own pace.
