Spring Programme! A free 6-week programme using nature to reduce stress and anxiety, build confidence and improve overall wellbeing.
This 6-week nature connection course is open to adults experiencing low mood, stress or anxiety who would like to slow down, spend more time outdoors, and explore nature connection practices for wellbeing.
We meet at Shekinah Grow, Paignton, a beautiful, private, outdoor setting.
The course invites you to gently reconnect with nature through simple nature-based practices and shared reflection.
What to expect:
Small facilitated groups (8-10 people) offering a safe, friendly space where you can go at your own pace
Sessions are accessible and welcoming – you can sit, rest and take part in ways that feel comfortable for you
You don’t need any special kit or previous experience
Sessions last 2 hours and take place every week for 6 weeks
Many participants say that the techniques they learn on the course continue to help them long after the programme ends
Free hot drinks and snacks are provided!
