Experience the benefits of Nature through our ‘Naturally Well’ course connecting with nature, self and each other
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (shinrin meaning "forest" and yoku meaning "bath"), is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect with nature.
We offer 6 week courses, fully funded by the Big Lottery Commnuity Fund.
Research shows that spending time in nature in this way can help reduce stress, improve mood, support sleep, boost wellbeing, and leave us feeling calmer, more connected, and refreshed.
No special skills or level of fitness are needed—just a willingness to slow down and be present.
We also offer welcoming forest bathing workshops and retreats for anyone looking to nurture their wellbeing through nature.
